No. You should only share those parts of the data that have been cleared by your ethics committee. It is still possible and advisable to curate and store your entire dataset, and ZivaHub provides options (metadata-only records and confidential data(ie. uploaded to the repository, metadata is publicly accessible, but data are inaccessible.)) that provide for these kinds of ‘unshareable’ data.
