According to the RDM policy, only the data supporting the findings of the research paper, dissertation, or thesis should be published (assuming you don't have any necessary limitations on sharing). Where possible (given the size and nature of the data) and ethical (for instance, the data not containing personal identifiers), supporting data can also be shared.
