Thank you for your email, sorry to hear that you are battling to renew your books.

If your date of birth does not work as a password try using your student number as password.

If that does not work please let me know so I can forward your email to the Loans desk. They will renew your books for you and the next time you come into the library you will have to talk to them about resetting your password.
