Certain units and divisions in UCT already have adopted data curation processes – for example, many lecturers encourage or require their students to attach their data or portions thereof as appendices to their theses/dissertations, or include it on a CD-ROM/DVD in the published copy. If you have already incorporated data planning, curation, and possibly publishing into your research practice, please continue with those practices. You may want to consider investigating using a data repository to publish the data according to curatorial best practices.
